A Fr. Eckert says online says that at least one Church Father says the bodies were taken to heaven with Jesus. Uh, that goes against the teaching that heaven holds only The Father, Jesus and Mary.

So what other parts of the Bible don’t you believe?

And where is the Holy Spirit in this mix?

I must’ve missed the Gospels written by Fr. Eckert. And we all know we can believe everything read online, eh?

Lol. Thats an old one, (about the Internet). And this has been discussed ad nauseum.
But since you asked, i dont believe Jonah was in the belly of a whale for three days and I dont believe that the universe was formed in a literal 24 hours, 6 days.

Catholics arent fundamentalist literalists. 🤷 It’s a good thing my priests and deacon understand that the Bible needs interpretation rather than everyting being literal, as written. 😉

I don’t understand your ideas about the Bible and how some parts are false. That hurts.

As far as creation goes, it doesn’t say anything about 24 hour days. Still, it would NOT be impossible for God to do it in 24 minutes.
