Hey guys I just finished reading “Introduction to Christianity” By Pope Benedict and decided that it was time for another Book to read but I couldnt just buy one so I got:

*Born Fundamentalist, Born Again Catholic *by David Currie

Catholicism and Fundamentalism By Karl Keating

What Catholic Really Believe By Keating also

Anyone got any reviews for these books. Are these worth while reads? I am a little worried about the two keating books, I am hoping that they are not practically the same books with a lot of carry over between them.

I have all three and yes, they are worthwhile reads! Currie’s book is a great conversion story. I also highly recommend his other book, “Rapture” for an in-depth analysis of the rapture myth.

I don’t remember much “carryover” in the two Keating books. “C&F” is really a exposé of anti-Catholicism. “WCRB” concentrates on what’s behind Catholic beliefs. The two books compliment each other perfectly. 👍

David Currie’s book I heard was incredible.
Catholicism and Fundamentalism, phenomenal book, great purchase. Prolly one of the best for apologetics.
Dunno about the third book, I’ve seen it though. Keating you can trust.

God Bless!
