Good to see L.A. up there in the top 3. Go L.A.! We’ve had rats here in my family’s avocado tree since I was little, and I’ve also seen them scurrying among the rocks in the breakwater at the Marina, all the way to among the high-rise office buildings downtown. I guess rats know a good place when they find one. As James Cagney used to say, “Oh that double-crossin’ dirty rat!”
