Hello to Everyone,
I started RCIA recently and I am very much enjoying it. So much to learn :bigyikes: but fun doing so. I wanted to ask other converts what sticks in their minds about their RCIA experience. It’s been a hard road for me and I’ve had some inner struggles to contend with for sure. All in all I think God is taking care of me and leading me to the Catholic Church. I love The Blessed Mother and I’m slowly knowing Jesus as Saviour.
What were some struggles that came up for you in RCIA? I suppose I’m searching for a little common ground with others.

Thank You

I was born Catholic, so no RCIA experience to share. Still, I welcome you to the Church !
Catholicism is a beautiful Faith. 🙂

For me, going to the place itself is hard because it’s very far.

Small Fish, WELCOME! 🙂 👍

I’m currently in RCIA as well, though I’m coming from a Christian faith. Your question is a broad one as each individual has their issues. I know for some of mine, I’ve been blessed to have an outstanding instructor that I’ve been able to come to who has answered me every time. I believe he told me to, and I quote, “Show up with both barrells loaded.” So, I did! 😃

Point is, any issues you may have, speak with your priest or your instructor for clarification. I think you’ll find they’ll be more than happy to assist you!

Then again, I don’t know where in the world you live, so it may be difficult for you. A phone call perhaps?

Again, welcome!

Peace and God bless you!
