At this point the only thing that is causing me pause right now are the competing claims of the Orthodox vs the Catholic church. Given how the two are attempting a sort of dialogue and Orthodox sacraments are considered valid by the Catholics, I’ve just got a couple of “hang up issues” to work through. And at that, I’m very close to a resolution through a study of the Church fathers.
The only other issue that may cause me difficulties is family opposition. To say that I have some family opposition is putting it mildly. But that’s another topic for another time…
