I´ll be in the hospital for some time next month and need some reading stuff. Preferable from the easern catholic or orthodox background.
Have you just discovered an absolutely great book? I would be happy if you share it 🙂

I hope all goes well for you and have you read Mary of Agreda? highly recommend it for those looking to know Mary a little better or Saint Gemma Galgani

That’s a long time to be in a hospital…
Hope everything is okay -
if you need prayer - just mention it 💝

Thank you so much 🙂 It´s not that long, I think 1-2 weeks at all (I go in july and will hopefully leave in july, too).
Just an for some health issues a little more complicated tonsil operation, so I think nothing to worry 🙂

I have the book of Mary of Agreda on my list beside other rather mystic readings - thanks for reminding me!

This looks extremely interesting and is also not pricey - thank you! 😃

I have some books of the church fathers and doctors of the church at home, I will look if there´s St. Augustine, too. I have some versions left from my university time, but I honestly don´t know if I have the concentration for rather demanding stuff when I´m still tired. I´ll try 😉

Philokalia is a treasure second only to Bible.
Frank Peretti the Oath was good read.
