Rebuilding our broken marriage

My husband and I have been separated for nearly a year and we have slowly, with a few setbacks, been trying to rebuild our marriage. We have come a long way, but have a long way to go. We want to reconcile soon but are both very wary of things turning bad again. Through all the turmoil and pain we realise that we love each other very much, but we have so many things that impact on our marriage that makes it so hard.
