Receiving from the cup alone?

Many parishes offer a celiac cup of the PB and make an announcement before Communion. This may be an option if there are enough people that need this. As a side note, I coordinate First Communions for our parish and this is the first year in a long time that we did not have to make special accommodations for any food allergy sufferers and that is out of almost 170 children.
