For Christmas, I ordered several videos for my kids from ignatiuspress. These videos are made by the CCC company. The videos I ordered were on the lives of St. Patrick, St. FRrancis Xavier, Francis of Assisi, and the children at fatima. Each video is a 1/2 hour in length (fully animated) and I have to tell you–these videos are awesome…very wholesome, while also being very Catholic. It is refreshing to see people publically pray or say the hail Mary without it seeming odd.

other videos in the series: St. Bernadette, Colombus, Guardian Angel, St. Nicholas, ST. Juan Diago…

Check these videos out…they are truly awesome and also very educational.👍

I have given most of these videos to my grandchildren and I think that they are awesome! I learn from them too!👍

what age group are they for?
I don’t know what the recommended age is, but all my video viewing aged kids like them (toddler - teen). We own some and borrow some from our church library too. They’re wonderful! I like to use them on the saint’s feastday.

My younger ones also like the Rosary for Little Children (which is also on DVD with Songs and Prayers too–I think that one’s call the Best of Little Children) I put it on sometimes when I want to pray, and we all pray along with it. They think its a treat (because I limit their tv viewing), and I get a chance to say some prayers with minimal distraction.

CCC videos about Mary and the Saints are always good. On EWTN, there is a series called “Angel Force.” This too is on video and teaches quite a bit of wonderful catechism. My younger siblings all love watching them.

God Bless–JMJ
Laura 🙂
