Recommendations for collections of Catholic non-canonical writings

I am considering buying a physical or Kindle copy of Catholic non-canonical writings to read. I would like to have all the pertinent non-canonical books in one volume if possible, although I seem to recall there is an edition that goes for two volumes.

I would appreciate any suggestions on what book to buy to best get this. If it’s available via Amazon, so much the better as I have shopping points to use there.
