Any recommendations for books on all/most of the sacraments other than the Catechism?

I suggest reading the Early Fathers on the Sacraments after the Catechism.

For others looking here, the Catechism of the Catholic Church has about 100 pages on the Sacraments, is worth reading, and is a excellent starting point for understanding the Sacraments.

T.A.Stobie:
For an interesting discussion on the Eucharist, read

The Lamb’s Supper: The Mass as Heaven on Earth by Scott Hahn.

This takes you to Amazon.com description of the book.
Or Swear to God: The Power and Promise of the Sacraments by the same author (Scott Hahn).

Or, for a general introduction, I liked Catholicism for Dummies by Fr. Trigilio (of Web of Faith fame) and Fr. Brighenti. It’s written so as to give an overview of Catholicism to protestants who want to learn something about the Church.
