Regarding the blessing of objects

Hello all,

I have a read that a blessed object does not retain its blessing if sold and must be blessed again. Is this true?

If so, does it apply in situations when a blessed object is given to another, i.e., a Christmas gift?

Blessed objects can absolutely be given. They just can’t be sold and keep their blessing. Gifts are totally okay.

(It’s not because it’s wrong to sell things; it’s just that there are some things that you shouldn’t sell. Like people or blessed objects.)

Giving something that it blessed as a gift certainly does not effect the blessing in any way.
