I’m actually from India, and that is why I feel this need to get married. It’s like expected to be married and have a family. In fact you’re not looked upon as an adult until you get married, even if you’re like me who has a fulltime job and is entirely independant.

I can understand that… but on the other hand, you don’t want to marry the wrong girl just so you can appear adult, right?

Perhaps if you give example and you show the importance of choosing responsibly, other men will follow?

Well, it sounds to me that this is another classic difference between male and female outlooks.

I really wish that any females who criticize the OP by saying that he “needs to be 100% whole first” would please remember that the role of the male is to pursue, and you may not realize this, but criticizing a healthy male like what was done only serves to kill the drive to pursue. So please…those comments do not help.
