Take politicians’ religious declarations with a grain of salt. Many will make such identifications with an eye to political advantage.
 
Yes!

Maybe that is why I wish to pray for them.

The list is really interesting.

That’s true, but it’s still great to see so many leaning towards Catholicism.

Here in New Zealand religion, and specifically Christianity, is on the decline - same as in Europe.
But in last year’s census people who associate themselves to the Catholic Church have outnumbered the Anglicans. First time!
 
Let me be more aggressive: I must pray for all 100 of them.

I am almost afraid to look at the list of the congress.

I was totally surprised: most,if not all, had a religion. How can we give implied or tacit approval of the moral conditions of this country–19 million new STDs a year, legal mind altering substances such as pot, 15,000 murders, 1.2 million surgical abortions, etc, etc, etc…

All of those religions see God as a loving being. All of the above miss the mark–God is love and desires to share His loving beauty with us. The misery that comes from the above totally misses the Mark/GOD!
