Religious/Clergy and Tonsure (Petrine)?

Are there any more religious orders that practice the Roman Tonsure? Are they allowed to?
 
Here, there are evidently Carmelites in Wyoming that do. I don’t think anything prevents a man from shaving his head, but perhaps in making it mandatory across all lines is taking it too far. I don’t even know if it’s mandatory there. Anyway is there a difference between Roman tonsure and another kind?

In the Byzantine tradition, the Baptismal, Monastic, and Clerical tonsure are all done the same way: a few locks of hair cut in the form of a Cross.
