How would you answer this… from a friends Facebook page…

Two questions: How is Hobby Lobby a “religiously based business”? Just because the owners are religious doesn’t make the business “religiously based.” And, second question: if any other religious business owner has a religious objection to any mandated medical treatment and not provide insurance coverage either and get fined, do they get to claim a tax break, too? Seriously???

the philosophy of the company is religiously based. ie they may be closed on Sundays, manage on biblical principals, and donate to Crisis Pregnancy centers.

Our constitution protects our religious freedoms!

The government has no business telling any free American what they MUST PURCHASE! That is the behavior of a dictator.

Are contraceptives and abortifacients really “medical treatments” in the first place? What are they curing? Besides, cannot the employees who want to avail them purchase them on their own?

We don’t even need to discuss religious freedom if it isn’t necessary to subsidize the concerned “medical treatments.”
