Dear OP:
I just went through the Tribunal. My case was different than yours. All cases have their details. Your absolute BEST option is to talk to your Parish Priest.
I promise, the Tribunal is not painful or too expensive. If you want to get a head start, call all of the places you need to get copies of Marriage, Divorce, and Baptismal certificates for both of you. Your wife, as a Catholic needs an UPDATED Baptismal certificate with all of the Sacramental notations she has received. It cannot be older than 6 months when you start the process.
Other than that, I can offer no real help. Your Priest and/or Deacon will know all about it. I encourage you to call them ASAP… And before you spend any money for needed documentation.
