Another good resource I’ve found is “The Orthodox Church: An Introduction to its History, Doctrine, and Spiritual Culture” by +Ver. Rev. Professor John Anthony McGuckin. Like other books suggested, it is written from an Eastern Orthodox perspective; however, it more-or-less covers Eastern Catholicism as well, because the idea of EC is to be Orthodox in Communion with Rome (uh-oh: opened a can of worms there
). It is thorough and detailed, and is probably one of the more systematic arrangements I’ve read.
That being said, I second what everyone else here has said: attend Divine Liturgy! If you can, get in Vespers and Orthos (Matins) as well, if they are available.
