So i went over on my phone bill quite a bit (for a very very good reason) and my parents pay the bill. Is this a sin and should I repay them? What if they won’t accept my money?
No, I don’t think it’s a sin. And I think you should offer to pay your parents for the extra time. And if they don’t accept your offer, that’s their prerogative, and you have no further obligation. They have the right to demand payment or to forgive your debt. After all, they are your parents and in a position of authority over you.

What your parents are doing is called mercy. Learn from their example and commit to talking less on the phone. Are most of your calls really all that important?
It might not be a sin but its the right thing to do to offer to pay the money. If they dont accept perhaps you can help out more around the house or do something extra to help.
