Accounts state that there was a lot of howling as soon as Lenin died as if something came out of him.

Stalin died peacefully in his sleep. The last bit of peace he got I suppose.

Accounts state that there was a lot of howling as soon as Lenin died as if something came out of him.

Stalin suffered from a lot of internal bleeding, which may have been the result of some poison. I don’t know how peacefully you can sleep when you’re insides are coming apart.
Shortly before he died he also fell out of his bed while sleeping. Not exactly indicative of a peaceful sleep.
