REVELATION SIMALARITIES JOSEPH SMITH AND MOHAMMED

I have long noticed that there are many similarities between the so called revelation to Joe Smith and the revelations received by Mohammed. Using my limited human powers of logic I have always thought these visions might have been a deception by satan - the father of lies.

I have never seen any real scholarly work that looks into this. I am wondring if there are any other individuals who have thought this the case and if there are any works of literature that have explored this topic?
 
lets see… joe smith had metal plates and moses had stone tablets… interesting… :rolleyes:
