Is anyone aware of any Eastern Catholic churches that use the Revised Julian for their liturgical calendar? Basically, the Revised Julian is a hybrid of the Gregorian and Julian calendars - it uses the Gregorian dates for all fixed-day feasts (e.g. Christmas is still celebrated on Dec. 25, not Jan. 7), but uses the Julian dates for Lent, Easter, and Pentecost.

Many Orthodox parishes in the USA use the Revised Julian calendar, but I’m not aware of any EC parishes that do so. I’ve only seen EC parishes use the Gregorian or the Julian.

I know there is a Russian Catholic parish (I think in San Francisco) that uses it. I happened to be searching for parishes in the Bay area and came across it. I can’t remember the name of the parish however 😦

Our Lady of Fatima uses the Julian calendar. They switched from Gregorian a few years ago, right @5Loaves?
