There is nothing in De Defectibus for Eucharistic miracles, although it covers many other scenariosI believe that there might have been such directions in the Tridentine Missal in the section “De defectibus,” on which the instructions in the Slavonic Sluzhebnik are based.
Whether there are any that apply to the Pauline Missal, I don’t know.
But remember, in the Slavonic directions, it explicity states that should the appearence of bread and wine cease, so does the Sacramental presence of Christ.
NopeIs there a specific Rite or Order in the Roman Rite in the event a Eucharistic miracle occurs. I know there is an instruction in the Russian Orthodox Sluzhebnik (Priest’s Service Book) for the instance during a Liturgy of a miracle occuring (where the accidents change as well as the substance), but I didn’t know if there was a similar instruction (besides call the bishop) in the Roman Rite.
