I’ve just recently found this website and thought of it as very comforting actually. I’m a senior in high school and because of that, it means going off to college. My number one choice and a university I have applied to is UBC. I really want to get accepted but I’m scared I might not get it. I’m asking for all of you to please pray for my acceptance. I have been wanting to go to UBC ever since I was 12 years old. I’ve been getting anxious and experiencing panic attacks because of the wait and I just hope to receive the news I want. Thank you all so much!

Lord, Almighty God,
source of light, truth, and eternal goodness,
transform this present moment
into an hour of vision and inspiration.
Help me to find wisdom;
shed light on my thoughts.

May my aspirations come true
through righteous and good deeds.
Give me the strength to concentrate,
to think objectively,
and to see clearly.

Shed Your light on me so that I may see
which decision to make.
Help me, O my Eternal God,
to avoid vanity and pride,
and thus be able to make worthy decisions
as a true child of Yours.
Through Christ Our Lord, amen.
