It does make it hard when they omit such information. However it has the approbation of the Cardinal Primate of England, Bernard Griffin. My own first uniform English edition published by Burns Oates and Washbourne, London, in 1948 has the Imprimatur of E. Morrogh Bernard, Vicar General dated, Westminster, Oct. 3 1946.
This tells me that the approbation must have changed, as the first English edition was published in 1945. My 1948 English edition is dated with a 1946 Imprimatur.
Your edition is furnished with yet another approbation, by the Cardinal himself. The Imprimatur of E. Morrogh Bernard, would have been Vicar General under Cardinal Griffin.
In fine, your edition has, in effect, so many Imprimaturs, Nihil Obstats, and Approbations, that various editions used whichever one seemed opportune, I suppose.
As far as I know, Ronald Knox never revised his own text, nor did anyone else, so other than printer errors, I would think you have exactly the same text as was used since 1944. I would be interested to know if anyone has any evidence to the contrary though.
