Hi guys, need advice for a dementia patient, is a catholic who hasn’t practiced in many years, is asking to learn the rosary, she is very lovely but very forgetful, is there a short form I can teach her.
Thankyou, so much

I have an idea.

Make a big one decade rosary. Like a hand held one. Attach cards on each “bead” (I’m assuming she can still read - some dementia patients can, some can’t).

I’d model it on the rosary bracelets I’ve seen on Etsy. But use bigger beads. I don’t mean gigantic, I’d just make the rosary somewhat larger. Maybe like the teething necklaces some moms wear now? I’ve seen kid rosaries made out of larger beads for little ones to manipulate.

Just a thought. Maybe at the least someone will get another idea based on mine and you’ll have a little brainstorm session going on here.

There are also booklets that are easy to follow. I thought of come pray the rosary online as well

Thank you very much my daughter has those big beads, for my granddaughter.
Good idea
