How much time off prgatory do I get for every rosary I say?

That’s not how it works. If you go into it with that attitude, you may very well not get any time off your purgatory.

In any event, you will not know how your rosaries affect your purgatory until you pass away. Then God will show this to you. Also, Purgatory is outside earthly time, so the idea of “time off Purgatory” doesn’t really apply.
