I have always kept a rosary on my car mirror. It’s not out of pride or superstition, but I keep it there as a reminder that Jesus is with me throughout my day. It reminds me to pray when I’m out and about and something bad happens or I’m feeling down or sad. I keep it there as part of my relationship with Christ and it’s given me comfort many, many times. 👍

Not only do I have a Rosary on my car rear view mirror to help me when I pray (every day on my way to work), I had my new car blessed so I could ride IN a Sacramental.

I am so grateful for the Holy Mother Church. She keeps me on the road to sanity and I have no problem displaying items that proclaim me to be Catholic.

And I am grateful for the CD from the Mary Foundation - to spend my 2 hr commute in prayer helps me get through the day.

don’t be too quick to judge, i hang one on my mirror and I pray it every day. Since I say the rosary in the car most of the time the rosary is always within reach.

What is a scapular? I looked up scapular and got this description:
"Description. It consists essentially of a piece of cloth about the width of the breast from one shoulder to the other (i.e. about fourteen to eighteen inches), and of such a length that it reaches not quite to the feet in front and behind. There are also shorter forms of the scapular. In the middle is the opening for the head, the scapular thus hanging down from two narrow connecting segments resting on the shoulders."

I am laughing out loud thinking that you have some big piece of cloth blocking the front window of your car. And why they would be on your doors. So obviously I don’t know.
the brown scapulars that lay people wear are small, a few inches wide or less

I have one blessed by Fr. Anthony of EWTN hanging up on my rearview.

It is a reminder to me to slow down, be safe and be courteous as a driver.

My wife and I love to do our rosary together in the car.

I have rosaries handing from my riew view mirror. I put them there for protection from accidents. I had a St Christopher medal, but I gave that to my husband, since he has been accident prone lately.
