I have a question about praying, specifically the rosary. everyday I pray the rosary for many people and several intentions, but how do I pray for them? do I dedicate a decade for each intention? or do I state the petitions before praying the entire rosary?

However you wish. You may want to declare your intentions before the rosary or before a decade, you may want to pray a different intention for each bead (in which case it’s probably easier to hold the intentions in your heart).
If it’s just one or two intentions I may say ‘I offer this rosary for…’ before starting. If a decade I may just say, ‘For…’. Sometimes, I just let the intentions come to me as I’m praying/the mysteries unfold - e.g. the Visitation may prompt me to pray for someone who needs help or has helped me recently.

Yes and you can start the Rosary with an intention too. I usually dedicate that part to The Pope.
