Rule of the Theotokos

Hi all,

I was listening to the podcast Light of the East, and Fr. Loya had a guest on (cannot remember the gentleman’s name) who spoke about the prayer rule of the Theotokos. Anyone have experience with this, or could explain more about this to me, or point me to a resource?

It is a prayer rule dedicated to the Theotokos. Like for example the Rosary or the prayer rule as presented by St. Seraphim of Sarov.
