So today at church we recieved the Eucharist right? While heading outside to our car, I noticed a white thing next to someone feet. I was afraid it was the Eucharist, but as we were in a rush I didnt pick it up and told myself it was merely a piece of paper, and that if it was a Eucharist crumb someone would notice. But now I feel as if I commited a sin, even though we were in a rush. I keep telling myself it was way to big to be a piece, but what do you all think?

You sound scrupulous and should discuss this with your pastor; not an anonymous internet forum.

It’s too late to do anything about it now even if it was a piece. It couldn’t be your sin since it’s not you who dropped it.
If your conscience still knocks on your door about you just passing by our Lord and not caring then do a charity to a begging stranger next day. And dedicate it upwards.
Maybe it wasn’t a call about that piece (of paper?) But your conscience awakening from receiving the Eucharist. I too have felt strange guilt (ok not strange, because it was true, but the way in which it presented itself was strange - I schyzo heard a young man’s voice just after lying in bed to sleep after receiving the Eucharist, and I was still awake). Priests keep telling us that our Lord’s body awakes our soul from sleep so here it is. Maybe you just need to be more caring for people you pass by. How about it?

@Mary888 ah thank you for your advice!! I will do a charity for some people, and dedicate it. God bless!
