Is this form of absolution legit? Also can it be said in Latin?​

May our Lord Jesus Christ absolve you. And I by His authority release you from every bond of excommunication (suspension) and interdict, in so far as I am empowered and you have need. And now I absolve you from your sins; in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. R.: Amen.

Then he prays,

May the passion of our Lord Jesus Christ, the merits of the blessed Virgin Mary and the saints, and all the good you do and the suffering you endure, gain for you the remission of your sins, increase of grace, and the reward of everlasting life. R.: Amen.

As long as the priest says the highlighted part above then absolution is valid. He is free to say/pray whatever else he wants.
 
May our Lord Jesus Christ forgive you and by His authority, I forgive your sins in the name of the the Father, the Son, and. the Holy Spirit

Venial sins really do not have to be confessed; you can turn to God and ask forgiveness

Did you know by reciting the Litrugy of the Hours our venial sins are forgiven and also at the beginning ot the mass under the Penitetial rite where the Priest say I forgive of your sins–these both ways will forgive venial sins
