Sacramentals and mortal sin

Would it be bad to pray the rosary or do other sacramentals, like use holy water and other things if you have a mortal sin and didn’t confess it.
 
No. You would pray that the Holy Spirit helps you repent of your sins and that you make a good confession.
 
It wouldn’t be bad to pray and use sacramentals, but it would be very bad to wait a long time to confess a sin you think might be mortal. If it’s just a matter of waiting for the weekly confession time, that’s understandable, but waiting for longer is bad.
