Sacraments during Adoration

I’m just wondering if there’s anything in Church documents about this…

I know that we can ask a priest to give us Communion outside of the Mass, if we need it. I’ve done this once before. Is it okay to do this while there’s Adoration in the Church? :s cause then he would need to go to the Tabernacle and get the Host… is it okay if there’s also Adoration at the same time? I’m not really sure!

what about hearing Confessions? that’s okay ,right? cause I’ve seen it done many times.

But what about Communion?

It is at the discretion of the parish priest. Our Church does this. What better way to do penance while there is adoration? He is most Present in all the Sacraments! God Bless!
