Sacraments instituted by Christ

A Lutheran friend said that the Catholics have no proof that Christ instituted the sacrament “Annointing of the Sick”…therefore Catholics can not claim “Annointing of the Sick” is a sacrament. The Lutherans agree with the Catholic definition of the word sacrament:
A sacrament is an outward sign instituted by Christ to give grace.

How would you respond to the Lutheran friend?

How about all the times Jesus healed people? Wouldn’t each of those instances be an example of that sacrament?

12They went out and preached that people should repent. 13They drove out many demons and anointed many sick people with oil and healed them.

Ask your friend which side is being more faithful to Sola Scriptura.
