Does anyone know the correct way to weekly clean the sacrarium?

If the sacrarium is used properly, i.e., flushed with water sufficiently after each use, the shouldn’t be any concern for how you clean it. I’ve never heard of any rule in my 15+ years of sacristan duties.

As the previous poster said, as long as it’s flushed with water it shouldn’t be a problem. You can wipe it down with a damp cloth, if you want to.
If there’s an issue with the piping, I imagine that the pipes should be thoroughly flushed with water before they’re worked on. If they need to be replaced, I would encourage that the old pipes should be buried in a respectable place, since they have had frequent contact with the Blessed Sacrament.
