Sacred Images With Promises Attached

The Image of the Sacred Heart and the Divine Mercy image both have promises of blessings to those who have them in their homes and present them with honor. Are there any other images that have a promise of blessings attached to them?

I apologize, I’m not sure if this will help…
  1. An image of Mary’s Immaculate Heart to be put alongside with your image of the Sacred Heart.
  2. The Image of Our Lady of Guadalupe, as it has a miraculous story, and helped convert millions of Natives to the Catholic Faith in Mexico.
  3. The Holy Face of Jesus Devotion (this the only one that actually answers your question). You venerate the Holy Shroud of Turin. At my parish, we have prayer cards of the Shroud of Turin, with a list of spiritual promises, and prayers before the image. I think the devotion originates with
    Sr Marie of St Peter
  4. If you count the Miraculous Medal (not really an image), that is one…
  5. It is popular to have an image of the Last Supper in homes.
  6. These also aren’t really promised with blessings, but are VERY special:
    a. Christ Pantocrator
    b. Image of St Therese, image of St Pio, image of St Anthony, image of St Gabriel of the Our Lady of Sorrows
