This is theoretical; I’m not currently planing to sail around the world.

How should travelers who circumnavigate the globe on their private vessels attend mass, or keep the other precepts of the Church for that matter?

If mass cannot be reasonably attended during stretched in a non-catholic region, should the travelers refuse to sail those waters? Should these types of considerations be planned into such a large scale voyage, or should the travelers seek a dispensation that covers two years?

All one would need is a simple dispensation. Once summer in college I went on an 8 week outdoor leadership training that was in the wilderness. Priest asked the details and gave me the dispensation without an issue.
