Saint Brigitta

I was watching EWTN last night and caught the end of one of those mini Saint biographies they do between shows. This one was about Saint Brigitta. They talked about her 5 interior and 5 exterior ways to be Holy. I have Googled it, looked on EWTN, and I haven’t been able to find out anything more about it. I remember one of the things was to keep hands busy doing work for the glory of God. Does anyone have any information about this philosophy?

First without: a mouth pure from backbiting, ears closed to vain speech, chaste eyes, hands busy with good works, and the avoidance of dealings with the world. Within you should have these five: loving God fervently, desiring him wisely, distributing temporal goods reasonably with a just and upright intention, fleeing from the world humbly, and awaiting my promises steadfastly and patiently.”
