Some of the scapulars on Rose Scapular site with pictures of St. Joseph are simply brown scapulars with a picture of St. Joseph. This is okay because a brown scapular can have any devotional picture or no picture on it, but those aren’t the traditional “St. Joseph Scapular”, they’re brown scapulars which are different.
I presume by “St. Joseph Scapular” you mean this one:
St. Joseph Purple Scapular. Attached with gold cord. Gain 433 plenary Indulgences each day this Scapular(1 for yourself, 432 for the ho

If you want to follow the traditional Pope Leo XIII version of the St. Joseph Scapular, then the purple and gold coloring is correct, but the scapular should have a picture of the papal coat of arms on the back square, not a second picture of St. Joseph holding the Child Jesus. See the picture here for the traditional version:

So yes, I agree that this “St. Joseph Scapular” from Rose Scapular doesn’t look right and I wouldn’t buy it.
You can get one that looks “right” here:
By the way, the information about indulgences/ blessings on both those sites is wrong IMHO. The St. Joseph Scapular is not mentioned in the current Manual of Indulgences, and I don’t know whether the original grant of indulgence to the Capuchin order is still in force. You’d have to ask somebody from the Capuchins. Also, the idea of getting 432 indulgences per day, or whatever is not the way we calculate indulgences today. You either get a partial indulgence or a plenary indulgence per day, and that’s it. Also, the idea that you can’t take off a scapular to bathe without losing the blessings/ protection is superstitious and wrong. Scapulars are supposed to be like garments, and we don’t bathe in our garments. You can take it off and still have St. Joseph protecting you just fine or whatever as long as you have the devotion to him in your heart.
