Information on him is hard to find, but I love what I know about him. Does anyone here know of any books by or attributed to him? I saw a cool movie about him on YouTube. Is it available on DVD somewhere? My internet searches have been relatively fruitless.

Thanks and salaam ar-Rabb.

Have you tried the Maronite websites?

Granted, there’s not a whole lot of information, but I’d suggest those as a starting point----the websites for the eparchies all have links to other sites.

He did not author any books.

There’s a cool statue of him near the picnic area at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima in Lewiston, NY. (Please Note: This uploaded content is no longer available.)

Thanks for all the replies, everyone. I’ve seen most of the sites already.

Neat statue, though.

There’s also a 126-page book.

The Blessed Nimatullah Kassab Al-Hardini Paperback – 1998
by Bishop Youssef Mahfouz (Author)
Paperback: 126 pages
Publisher: Lebanese Maronite Order (1998)
Language: English
ASIN: B000RSOCJA

It’s sold-out on Amazon, but AbeBooks has a copy for $155 + $1.25 shipping if you’re feeling adventurous. It’s the only copy I can find for sale. If you don’t want to splurge that much, you might check out WorldCat and see if you can interlibrary loan it through your local library. Ursuline College at Pepper Pike, Ohio has a copy, as does UC Berkeley, the University of Pennsylvania, Columbia University, Princeton, and Harvard.

Occasionally, if a book is rare, they’ll let you read it in the library, but won’t loan it out. So you might have to go on a field trip. 🙂
