Saints and Miracles

I know that to be declared a saint by the Catholic Church at least two miracles must
be confirmed and verified due to the intercession of the candidate for sainthood before the Pope decides to declare them a saint.

Does anyone know where I could look up various saints and the miracles they performed? Is there a list somewhere?
 
Remember that we are not talking about miracles performed by the saint while on earth, but miracles obtained through the saint’s intercession after his or her death.

Really? I did not know that. Can you cite me some examples of miracles performed atter the saints’ deaths?

Wow. It seem like the person who prays to the Saint has almost as much to do with it as the Saint him/her self! This is really inspiring. Sometimes I think my prayers do no good, but It must be that I am not praying hard enough. Thanks for the links.
