Saints Feast Day Traditions

I was wondering what type of activities - besides going to mass - you usually do to celebrate Saints Feast days. For instances, for St. Anthony’s Day de usually buy bread at his chapel and haver ir blessed.
 
My family plants grass seeds on the December 13, feast of St. Lucy. On Christmas we cut the grass and put it in the Nativity manger with Baby Jesus.
