Saints with Resurrection emphasis

I have heard that the Latin Church tends to emphasize the crucifixion and the Eastern Orthodox tends to emphasize the Resurrection in their theology (seems to me, I heard/read this by a conservative priest of the RCC). The Saints that I’ve read mostly seem to that same emphasis - I’m wondering about Saints that have emphasized the Resurrection in their spirituality. (I don’t know where to put St. Therese or St. Gemma). Maybe, St. Elizabeth of the Trinity (I’ve only read a little of her writing)?:confused:
