I heard this Marian hymn at a Solemn Mass some time ago and I was wondering if it is in any of Liber Usualis or any other Chant book.

Do you mean this traditional hymn?
If so, I did a quick search of the Liber and Graduale and didn’t find it.
But I did find a PDF here on pages 217-218.
Looks like it’s in the Adoremus Hymnal as well.

This is an excellent recessional hymn when sung by a good choir and backed by a large pipe organ. And sing every verse!!!
