2019 San Antonio Missions Quarter Design – Chris Costello

I had no idea this coin existed. Needless to say I was delighted to get it in change today.

It’s just too bad all of our coinage doesn’t have this type of art. But then again that would require our becoming a Christian commonwealth…

I wonder, if we all went to the banks and specifically requested these quarters in bulk, whether the US Mint would produce larger quantities of them.

(I say that pretty much in jest. I know they’re not going to do something like that.)
