Satan is having his day (currently)-eventually loser (Gospel)

I should be obvious to most anybody that Satan and evil has permeated every corner of our culture and institutions. Our culture in particular is deteriorated hugely in 40-50 years and is on collision course at this time. Hope is eternal and we can do what we can to stem the tide as well as prepare ourselves.

Here is an interest quote from Aldous Huxley, Brave New World from (1948)…“As political and economic freedom diminishes, sexual freedom tends…to increase. And the dictator…will do well to encourage that freedom. In conjunction with the freedom to daydream under the influence of dope, the movies and the radio, it will help to reconcile his subjects to the servitude which is their fate.”
Not to mention what television, internet, electronic games, current magazines-books-tapes-music-clothes-life styles-drugs are doing to our culture and youth today. We need the ultimate protection for us and the children. Personally, we are going down, in history just as Rome fell and Communism most recently fell too, we look ripe in my eyes. We know the way and hopefully what we need to do. Hopefully we become dressed in His armor, wearing the gown so to speak, in order to be invited to the wedding. The next 20-40 years would seem inconceivable based upon the last 40-50 years. Economically and politically we are in more trouble than many realize.

The one thing that I would say differently than you are is that there are also great saints being made in this time. One of those Saint to be if you ask me is Mother Angelica. EWTN on the radio and on the TV are one of our greatest assets. We as the Church militant we must proclaim the good news. Our media has not caught on to the fact that there is a growing movement in Our Church so they are unaware and we look weak. It is like Satan in the end of the movie the Passion caught off guard and defeated by apparent weakness.
We have great hope. We have a greater hope than that of Europe.
We must fast and pray.

I think it’s always satan’s day on earth, with his people. He is gaining ground.

It just means that those who intend to follow the Lord are going to experience more sophisticated tests than in the past, and we had better be ready for them by getting our spiritual lives in order.

We cannot change the world, but we can learn to live a productive, godly life in it – and I think the resources available to do that are more available than ever before – but there are a lot of lies, even within Catholicism, that permeates even the orthodox – it is time to embrace real faith, firm understanding, and not to be confused by matters that are not critical to Truth.
