Uh, no. He can be anywhere at any time (unless prevented by God). That doesn’t mean he can be everywhere at the same time.

I’m going to step out on a limb and suggest that humans really don’t have a good understanding of the physics of the spirit world, so any answers we might give would be pure speculation

No. Satan is a king over many demons. He could send demons to many places at once. He can’t be in many places at once.

We are speaking in metaphors…place is meaningless in a world of no matter.

I once heard it expressed as “an angel is where he operates.”
So if a demon is trying to convince John Smith to murder Sam Jones, then the demon is, at this moment, next to John Smith. If the demon decides to go convince Sam to attack John, then the demon is, at that moment, with Sam.

You need to define what you mean by “presence” in a world of non matter where there can be no location nor the passing of time but only logical cause and effect succession.

God is beyond even the logical succession of cause and effect for in Him there is no change at all…but all things created, visible and invisible, suffer change.
