Dear Brothers and Sisters,
I recently posted a thread on “Fridays and Reparation to the Sacred Heart”, on this Spirituality Forum. Today I want to begin a similar thread on Saturdays and Reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
There are still some of us who remember the greater numbers of people who participated in First Friday and First Saturday devotions. Some of us are saddened by the decline in many of our Catholics (young and old) who seem to lack any sense of the need for reparation. How can we not want to offer reparation when God and His Mother are offended in so many ways, and increasingly ignored as almost irrelevant. I was blessed in meeting Gregory W. who has a tender heart for Mary and is on a pilgrimage of reparation to 150 Marian Shrines across the USA. He anticipates it will take two years. My husband and I met with him recently.
Gregory W. was inspired by another man, Mark B. whose story was shared on video at Church Militant some time ago. Mark made a pilgrimage of reparation across the USA. My husband also saw this video and wrote about Mark on his blog; and included some of the video. We met with Mark when he came through our area not long ago. Today, Thomas has posted a new blog entry in which you can read about both these men, and I hope you will. He posted some pictures of Gregory and a link back to the blog and video on Mark. I’d be interested in your comments either here or on the blog itself. Thomas sent the link to his blog article to Mark and Gregory so they could read it and also read any comments you may want to post on the blog.
