Saying what other people say in my head

Hi i have a problem i have a habit of saying everything someone says in my head as a means of processing the information curses and all. i block the curses with made up words that block me from saying the curses or mean words sometimes i don’t know what a person will say and im unprepared sometimes and say the curse in my head by accident it worries me about my salvation once it happens what should i do how should i handle this

I think a lot in my head, too. Though I do not understand your problem. Maybe try seeking a clinical psychologist?

Usually people do not outgrow these things, so please seek help.
